People tend think that working at a museum is thrilling, and let me tell you, it absolutely is.
During my time at Serralves, I was in charge of all things digital. I performed research on benchmark trends within audience preferences to kick off our social media and content strategies. I took on the role of marketing manager, responsible for social media and content and for defining goals based on relevant KPIs.

There’s a special fun to B2C when it comes to social. I implemented a social media strategy from scratch, with Instagram as our main channel. I took advantage of the visual aspect of Instagram to showcase our exhibitions and events, while also building interactive dynamics to keep our audience engaged and aware of our events. We had a following growth of 96% during my time at Serralves, reaching 113k followers.

Website
From writing copy to creating new pages and tracking the results, I did all our website management. I was the project manager of rebuilding our entire website, communicating with relevant stakeholders and making sure all deadlines and requests were met.
Project Management
We developed an app for an annual festival organised and hosted by Serralves. I was the project manager for this ambitious new project, coordinating all content deliveries and building a marketing strategy for the entire project.
